Our new swingset
Laney was exhausted after playing all day and fell asleep in her high chair.
Let's Go Duke!
I am so happy that it is finally spring and it is warm outside. The kids love to play outside in the afternoon and it has been so cold this winter that they haven't really been able to play too much. We are very excited that Duke won the NCAA Championship - the kids are big Duke fans too. I have some pictures of them in their Duke attire. Carter says he is going to play basketball for Duke and then football for the Panthers when he grows up.
We had a wonderful Easter! My family came over for lunch. It was terrific to have Easter at our house because my dad and brother were here to help put the swingset together, that the kids got for Easter. They also got some candy and of course Carter got the "Bat Copter" he has wanted his whole life. He said that the Easter Bunny was so good to him that he felt like he must be dreaming.
